Your son Rip is on line toot.
I laugh my tits off every time I see that commercial. "It says here that you're flatulent in 4 languages" LOLOLOL
my poor old boy's teeth just aren't what they used to be.
i've begun feeding him wet canned dog food so that he can eat a little easier.
problem is now, he busts off with some of the foulest farts on record.

Yeah. Tried the moistened dry food. Moistened it w/ beef broth. He wouldn't eat it.

Problem is now, he busts off with some of the foulest farts on record. Being the faithful dog that he is, he likes to lay at my feet all the time. I love him but SWEET CHRIST these farts have got to go.
Does anyone know how to prevent dog farts?
The look on his face says it all.......
It was shut down. The admin grew tired of all the bullshit.
back in the early 1980s i was visiting my aunt in gresham oregon, a suburb of portland.
she was worldly but being a good witness that i was i picked up the yellow pages to find the location of the local kingdom hall.
well, i found it but i also found a listing for "jehovah's christian witnesses".
I live in the area & have never heard of such a thing. Of course, I haven't really looked either.
so, the long awaited trip began for my son and i to return to the same place he heard a bigfoot a year ago in the forests of northern california.
the trip started out unfortunately for us to be a 7 mile hike instead of a 2 to 3 mile hike in to our base camp , as huge snow drifts covered the road , making it even inaccessible for 4 wheel drive, so , with packs on backs we hiked over 50 ft long snow drifts on places on the trail.
even snow was covering one creek near the lake we were destined for .
I think it's cool how flipper replies to every person that responds on his threads.
Just sayin'
On a more pertinent note:
I think it's kinda funny how people are so quick to say that creatures like this DEFINITELY don't exist. New animal species are being discovered all the time. Even some known species are very rarely ever seen by humans. Take the bear for example. Everyone would agree that they exist, but how often do people actually see a bear in the wild? Of course it depends on the region where you live. Bear sightings are pretty common in places like Alaska & Canada. I spend a tremendous amount of time outdoors in country that supposedly has lots of bears. I have only seen a handful in all of my 25+ years trudging around the mountains & forests. When I was in coastal Alaska, I saw quite a few, but that's pretty common there. Most Bigfoot sightings stem from heavily forested areas where it would be pretty easy for a creature like this to remain undiscovered. The world is a mysterious place. Who really knows what's out there?
while this may be construed as a rebuttal to nvr's thread re: why i post about atheism, that is not my intent.. it is my intent, however, to show how i developed a belief in and love for the god of the bible.. my paternal grandfather, who died before i was born, was a baptist preacher, so you could say i cut my teeth on the bible.
i loved having it read to me, and once i learned how, reading it for myself.
i'm convinced that spirituality runs deep in my blood.. i've always had such a strong sense of right and wrong that injustices make me literally sick.
If snowbird, or anyone else, for that matter, gain comfort, stability, hope, etc. from having faith in God, so be it. It's obvious that people who believe in God feel that their lives are enriched as a result. Where's the harm there?
I, personally, do not believe in the Christian God or ANY God. My beliefs enrich & enhance MY life. I beleive it to be immoral to belittle or persecute someone for what they percieve as the truth or how they choose to think.
On that same token, I take great offense when people assume to call me immoral or wrong just because I don't believe the same way they do. That behavior, right there, is what turned me off from religion in the first place. Most (please note that I typed "most".) religious folks seem to feel that it's their obligation & duty to make everyone around them think as they do. How many people have been murdered over the centuries due to differences in religious thinking?
In short, don't tell me that I have to believe in God, & I won't tell you that you are flawed because you do. Everybody mind their own goddamned business & the world will be a much better place.
did anyone see the movie called jesus camp?
it was on bio channel last night, very creepy these poor kids are so deep in this cult like christian religion.
my wife and i were shocked at what they put these kids through, there is this one part where they are talking about how evil harry potter is and if he was alive back in jesus time he would have been put to death, then later these kids are talking about harry potter and one kid says that his mom won't let him watch it but when he stays with his dad he watches it, all the kids look at him with this "oh my god he is the devil" look, this movie is a documentary and reminds me of that movie saved.
I was watching it on DVD at home a few months back. My wife walked in the door when I was about 20 minutes in. She could tell immediately that I was agitated & angry. She actually told me that "it's just a movie, why get so worked up?". I started it over from the beginning for her, & before long, she was ranting & raving right along with me.
Absolutley dispicable & terrifying.
'we all have a priori knowledge, so we can't claim objective knowledge.
by the way, our senses only observe part of reality.
then, how do you dare asserting that you're right?
I'm of the opinion that perception is reality.
so far, i like needful things, secret window/hidden garden, and langoliers best.. guy at the bookstore said the stand was the best.. i just bought the shining and pet cemetary (book's in the other room.
